Professional Experience

• Has been part of the team of zugnopeña lawyers since 2017.

• Nathália has experience in contractual and corporate matters, including foreign investments in Brazil. Advises public companies on topics related to the capital markets, as well as closed corporations and limited companies on various corporate matters. Nathália has experience working in internal legal matters for large companies.
